With the supervision of Senior Product Managers the Product Manager at VS1.1 will:

■Contribute to brand strategy development to maximize the sales potential of Bayer products
■Identify issues and opportunities to fully capture the business dynamics
■Create and communicate key strategic messages based on the product value proposition
which is competitive and sustainable
■Plan and execute assigned programs tactics and tools to deliver business success
■Implement brand strategy with customer facing functions
■Effectively manage relevant vendor and agency relationships to ensure deliverables and
work products are in alignment with the tactical goals and in a timely manner
■Monitor and control expense budget related to responsible marketing activities
■Flexibly respond to request from product lead or senior product manager to support various
key projects and initiatives that may arise related to responsible area
