Rakuten Group is expanding its BtoC businesses in addition to its traditional marketplace based model （Rakuten Ichiba） with the aim of strengthening category offerings and improving delivery quality.
The EC First Party Development Department （ECFD） is the organization responsible for developing BtoC services within the Rakuten Group.
The main services currently operated by ECFD are as follows:

・Rakuten Fashion
・Rakuten 24 / Rakuten 24 Express
・Rakuten Mart / Rakuten National Supermarket
・Rakuten Bic

In ECFD development we continuously keep a close eye on both services and business aspects engaging in the planning proposal and development of services and systems as well as the verification of their effectiveness covering everything from user experience to operational management.
Here you can acquire advanced and specialized engineering skills in the e commerce domain along with domain knowledge across various industries.
In recent years the Rakuten Group has achieved significant growth year after year. As a result numerous projects aimed at service improvement are currently in progress and we are looking for new team members who will help shape the future of our products.
In addition we actively leverage advanced technologies that form the foundation of global IT systems such as automation AI integration sophisticated database design and data transfer protocols to accelerate business growth.
Within this context ECFD is seeking an experienced QA Manager who can lead the growth of the QA team and drive QA initiatives for strategic programs that support first party platforms and business transformation.

■業務内容/Job Responsibilities
QAマネージャーとして、以下の職責を担っていただきます。
・QAグループのビジョンと戦略：QAグループ全体のビジョンと戦略の計画および実行
・プロセス改善：テスト管理プロセスと生産性の改善を主導
・複数プロジェクト管理：複数のプロジェクトにわたるテストの進捗と品質状況を同時に監督
・レビューと承認：テスト計画、テストベース、テスト仕様書、テストケース、テストスクリプトのレビューと承認
・オフサイト／オンサイト戦略：オフサイトおよびオンサイトのQA戦略の策定と管理
・採用とリソース管理：採用およびリソース戦略の定義と実行
・トレーニングと評価：QAリード、テストデザイナー、オートメーションエンジニアのトレーニングと評価
・予算管理：QAチームの予算作成と管理
・自動テストの強化と拡大

As a QA Manager you will be responsible for the following:
・QA group vision and strategy: Planning and executing the overall vision and strategy for the QA group
・Process improvement: Leading improvements in test management processes and productivity
・Multi project management: Overseeing test progress and quality status across multiple projects simultaneously
・Review and approval: Reviewing and approving test plans test bases test specifications test cases and test scripts
・Offsite / onsite strategy: Defining and managing offsite and onsite QA strategies
・Hiring and resource management: Defining and executing hiring and resource strategies
・Training and evaluation: Training and evaluating QA leads test designers and automation engineers
・Budget management: Creating and managing the QA team budget
・Strengthening and expanding test automation

■必須要件/Required Qualifications
・手動・自動テストにおける計画、設計、実装、品質判断を含む、システムテスト管理の実務経験6年以上
・QAまたは開発領域で、複数プロジェクトを並行してリードした経験5年以上
・組織戦略、採用、評価、チームビルディング、予算管理を含む、ラインマネジメントの経験3年以上
・ISTQB Foundation／Advancedレベルの知識を現場で活用できること
・体系化されたテスト管理および品質管理の知識を実務に適用できること

・Over 6 years of hands on experience in system test management including planning design implementation and quality judgment for both manual and automated testing
・Over 5 years of experience leading multiple projects in parallel in QA or development roles
・Over 3 years of experience in line management including organizational strategy hiring evaluation team building and budget management
・Ability to apply ISTQB Foundation / Advanced level knowledge in practice
・Ability to apply structured test management and quality management knowledge in real world projects

・Experience in non functional testing and security testing
・Knowledge and experience in the internet services industry
・Background in software development
・Ability to proactively involve others to solve problems and drive improvements
・A curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning in fast paced environments
・Strong communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and QA team members
・A strong desire to take on new challenges and continuously improve without being satisfied with the status quo
・A strong team player who can foster a collaborative culture both within and outside the team
