Description

• Perform comprehensive manual and automated testing for Mobile SDKs, Web SDKs, and user access log analytics services, including UI and API testing
• Design test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases aligned with business and technical requirements
• Execute test cases, document results, and proactively propose quality improvements and standards
• Identify, track, and manage defects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution through the development lifecycle
• Monitor QA metrics such as defect density and open defect trends to drive continuous improvement
• Drive automation initiatives, including shift-left and shift-right testing, and integrate automated testing into release cycles

• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with strong exposure to Mobile SDK and Web SDK testing
• Experience developing test strategies for B2C and B2B products with large user bases
• Hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python, Java, and/or JavaScript
• Practical experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar tools
