A global luxury brand is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial closing processes, ensure compliance, and support daily finance operations. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
• Review and validate financial data from shared service teams
• Ensure compliance with Japanese accounting standards
• Coordinate with banks and external tax consultants
• Provide guidance to finance teams and resolve issues
• Support the Head of Finance in daily operations

Requirements:

• More than 8 years of corporate accounting or finance experience
• Experience in bookkeeping
• Prior experience in SAP
• Understanding of Japanese accounting standards
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with shared service or offshore teams
• Background in AR, AP, and reporting
• Possess valid bookkeeping certification
