- Brings 5+ years of hands‑on experience in software testing or QA, including solid expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Demonstrates strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across local, regional, and offshore teams.
- Japanese and English Business Level required
- Possesses strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage test cycles, documentation, and reporting with accuracy.
- Is proficient in using tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and has a good understanding of the full testing lifecycle and best practices.
