Product Manager - POS Integration | POS連携PM

We are seeking a Product Manager for POS Integration to own the strategy, development, and growth of POS system for food service and retail merchants.

Key Responsibilities

• Define requirements and specifications for a POS system integrating with payment terminals across food service and retail
• Collaborate with POS vendors and system integrators to drive joint development
• Formulate product strategies through market and competitor research covering POS functionality, UI/UX optimization, and adoption expansion
• Identify operational issues from store-level insights and propose concrete improvements
• Drive post-launch product growth managing KPIs including adoption rate, transaction volume, and retention rate

Required Skills

• 3+ years of PM or PO experience in SaaS or POS-related products
• Practical experience across requirements definition, market research, and analysis
• Business-level Japanese with business communication skills in English or Chinese
• Ability to coordinate effectively across technology, business, and UX functions

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating with food service POS or retail systems
• Background in UI/UX improvement and design research
• Experience collaborating with external partners and driving alliance development
