Product Manager - Digital Payout | デジタル送金PM

We are seeking a Product Manager for Digital Payout to own the strategy, planning, and execution of merchant remittance and deposit processing systems.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Define requirements, plan, and drive development of merchant remittance and deposit processing (Payout) systems
• Design and operate integrations with banks and payment partners including Wise and Nium
• Design balance management, KYC, and AML processes in accordance with money transfer business license requirements
• Conduct market and competitor analysis across Wallet and Bank-as-a-Service products to inform product strategy
• Execute post-launch growth strategies focused on usage rates, remittance accuracy, and profitability

• 3+ years of PM experience in fintech covering remittance, wallet, or bank API products
• Understanding of financial regulations including the Payment Services Act and AML/CFT frameworks
• Business-level Japanese with English or Chinese negotiation and coordination skills
• Ability to plan and execute data-driven improvement initiatives

Nice to Have

• Experience with Type-1 or Type-2 remittance business license related work
• Background in fintech startup or bank-related new business development
• Experience designing financial data dashboards and back office systems
