Product Manager - Digital Payments | デジタル決済PM

We are seeking a Product Manager for Digital Payments to own the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of online payment products including Payment Gateway and Paylink solutions.
 

• Define requirements and design functionality for online payment products including Paylink and Payment Gateway
• Design integrations with payment brands and external providers such as cards, QR codes, and international wallets
• Develop product strategies and differentiation measures based on market and competitor analysis
• Improve merchant portals and APIs; conduct data analysis to drive conversion rate improvements
• Manage post-launch KPIs including transaction volume, merchant expansion, and fee revenue

• 3+ years of PM experience in online payments or e-commerce products
• Strong understanding of payment processing flows including authorization, settlement, and chargebacks
• Experience proposing improvements based on market research and KPI analysis
• Business-level Japanese with English or Chinese collaboration skills for development teams

   

Nice to Have

• Experience building and operating Payment Gateways
• Experience integrating with payment providers such as Adyen, Stripe, or GMO
• Experience operating API platforms or B2B SaaS products
