Our client, the Vietnam branch of a Japanese IT company providing software development and DX solutions, is hiring a BrSE / Project Manager to lead IT teams, working at HCMC Office.
Job Description
Act as a bridge between Japanese clients/head office and Vietnam development team
Manage multiple IT projects (requirements, schedule, cost, resources)
Lead development teams and oversee the full development lifecycle
Handle quality, risks, and stakeholder communication
Requirements
10+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong technical background
Hands-on experience as a Software Engineer (SE) in the past
Solid knowledge of web application development and system development processes
Proven experience in project management and/or team leadership
Japanese proficiency at JLPT N3 level or above
