Job Description

• Design and implement security measures across access control, identity management, endpoints, and networks in alignment with global objectives

• Lead or contribute to the deployment of security solutions such as identity management, endpoint protection, and data protection tools while coordinating with internal teams and external partners

• Manage and continuously improve security operations, including tool configuration, monitoring, and enhancement initiatives

• Support responses to incidents, vulnerabilities, and risks, ensuring timely and effective mitigation

• Review system and operational changes from a security perspective and ensure alignment with policies and guidelines

• Maintain visibility of the overall security landscape across people, processes, and systems, identifying gaps and driving improvements

Qualifications

• Professional 7 years of experience in IT or information security

• Hands-on experience implementing security solutions in areas such as identity and access management, endpoint security, or network and cloud security

• Ability to understand security from a holistic perspective rather than isolated components

• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts and coordinate effectively with stakeholders

• Proficiency in English and Japanese for both written and verbal communication

• Experience working in global or multi-location environments is advantageous

• Knowledge of security policies, governance, and operational processes is preferred

• Familiarity with cloud-based environments is beneficial

• Relevant security certifications are a plus

• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose improvements independently

• Collaborative approach to working with both local and international teams
