About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Assistant Manager to join our team. The role requires someone who can bridge business needs and technical solutions by conducting requirement studies, mapping business processes, designing systems, and managing the development team. This position is hands-on, and you will be directly involved in project delivery and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system requirement studies and facilitate business process mapping sessions with stakeholders.

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

• Design system architecture and provide technical direction across multiple projects.

• Manage and coordinate the development team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• Participate in coding, reviewing, and troubleshooting when required.

• Ensure system scalability, security, and maintainability in line with best practices.

• Work closely with project managers, business users, and other IT teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.

• Proven experience in system analysis, business process mapping, and system design.

• Strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel or a similar framework.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a development team.

• Solid understanding of SDLC, project management methodologies, and best practices.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior exposure to ERP, MRP, or large-scale business applications.

• Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, or Nuxt.js).

• Proficiency with GitHub (or similar version control systems such as GitLab/Bitbucket) for source code management, branching, and collaboration.

Technical Skills: 

• Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and Laravel.

• Familiarity with JavaScript, C#, or .NET.

• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or MSSQL.

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and system integrations.

• Familiarity with Power BI or Python is an added advantage.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
