Software Engineer (Web Applications) - (JP: N2+) up to¥7M yr

Join a team-based engineering environment, building and improving enterprise web systems for major clients. You will contribute across the full development lifecycle — from design through to operations.

• Design and implement features for web applications
• Full lifecycle: design → development → testing → operations/maintenance
• Collaborate within a team of ~15–20 engineers (with PL/PM support)
• Write clean, maintainable code; contribute to reviews and shared standards
• Depending on experience, contribute upstream (requirements clarification, basic design)

Project examples:

• Enterprise web applications (internal workflow tools, business systems, portals)
• New feature development and continuous improvement of existing systems
• Modernization/upgrades (framework upgrades, refactoring)
• API integration and data flows between systems
• Performance, stability, and operational improvements

Required:

• 1+ year of hands-on software development experience (web or application)
• Framework-based development experience
• Experience with at least one of: Java / PHP / Python / C# / Ruby / Go

Nice to have:

• Backend or full-stack development experience
• Experience building DB-backed applications or APIs
• Git, code review, CI/CD experience
• Interest in PL/PM or Tech Lead track
