About the role:
Responsible for inbound and outbound SCM operations including supply planning of finished products and key components, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation to ensure supply of product while minimizing excess risks.

Being responsible for negotiating and coordinating with bases in various countries, you will steadily develop your skills and knowledge as an SCM.

Key responsibilities:

• Supply Managementfor Mass Production
  • Compose product demand plans of finished products and keep it rolling to EMS supplier on weekly basis according to demand plan update from account sales & internal sales.
  • Manage “Consigned Component” demand plans according to finished product demands and keep them rolling as internal input for component preparation.
  • Drive supply plans from EMS suppliers to assure abundant and timely supply of finished products.
  • Reconcile demand/supply gap with necessary expedition efforts.
  • Monitor demand trend and submit proactive alert of over/under-supply and finished goods/component inventory adjustment.
  • SAP system operation for PO placement, receiving(検収)…etc.
  • Attend EMS for on-site management when necessary.
• Supply Managementfor NPI Sample Build
  • Manage material preparation and physical build of NPI sample to assure timely sample completion and delivery.
  • Communicate with RD and PM to acquire clear build requirement (Design, Quantity…etc.).
• Logistics & Physical Distribution
  • Monitor and assure timely products movement from ODM/EMS to customer sites.
  • Logistics routing planning and optimization with forwarders to assure best delivery lead-time and costs to final destinations
• Compliance
  • Work with R&E department to ensure compliance with supply chain activities standards and regulation
• Report & Data Maintenance
  • Compose and submit regular reports concerning supply chain operation
  • Data input into system that meets the company's inventory control needs through transportation of raw materials, component parts and/or finished goods followed by supervisors.
• Continuous Improvement
  • Execute continuous improvement actions for process and procedures
  • Recognize and recommend operational improvements.

• 大量生産の供給管理
  • 完成品の製品需要計画を作成し、セールスからの需要計画の更新に合わせて、EMS サプライヤーと連携し、調整する
  • 完成品の需要に沿って委託部品の需要計画を管理し、社内の準備・調整をはかる
  • EMS サプライヤーからの供給計画を推進し、完成品の十分な供給を確保する
  • 需要と供給のギャップを埋めるための方策を推進する
  • 需要の傾向を分析し、供給過剰/不足、および完成品/部品の在庫調整をプロアクティブに行う
  • PO 発行、検収等のSAP システムを操作する
  • EMSの現場管理を行う

• NPI サンプル構築の供給管理
  • PIサンプルのタイムリーな完成・配送のための必要な準備・調整を行う
  • 設計、数量などを的確に把握するため、RDおよびPMと連携する

• 物流管理
  • ODM/EMS から顧客へのタイムリーな製品輸送が行われるようにモニタリングする
  • 最終目的地までの配送リードタイムとコストを最適化するため、物流ルートを調整する

• コンプライアンス遵守
  • SCMのコンプライアンスを遵守し、他部門と連携する
• レポートおよびデータ保守
  • サプライ チェーンの運用に関する定期的なレポートを作成し、提出する
  • 原材料、構成部品、完成品の輸送に関する在庫管理データをシステムに記録・保持する

• プロセスや運用の継続的な改善努力
  • プロセス・手順・運用に関し、自ら改善点を見出し、提言し、実行する

【必須】
・SCM領域の業務経験（3 年以上） /3 years+ experience in Supply Chain Management
・高い分析力を有し、データを読み解き効果的な計画を立案できる能力/Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop effective plans
・ビジネスにおける日本語と英語の運用スキル（中国語もあれば尚可）/Good proficiency in Japanese & English (Chinese is a plus)
・高いコミュニケーション能力を有し、主体的に業務を遂行するとともにチームでの協働ができること/Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
・自発性および役割完遂への責任感/Self-initiative and a strong sense of ownership
