Senior Software Engineer in Test (Global Product Team)

Responsibilities

• Framework Design: Design and evolve scalable automated test frameworks (Unit, Integration, E2E).

• QA Strategy: Define test strategy, test pyramid design, and quality metrics aligned with product risk.

• Lead Quality: Drive defect management and root cause analysis; establish QA standards across the team.

• DevOps Integration: Optimize CI/CD pipelines for fast and scalable test execution.

• Mentorship: Guide engineers in testing practices to foster a quality-first mindset.

Required Skills

• QA Expertise: 5+ years leading quality assurance activities.

• Development Experience: 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.

• Automation: Proven experience building and maintaining automated test suites.

• Methodology: Deep understanding of QA methodologies, test design, and execution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Agile environments and startups.

• QA experience for large-scale Web/SaaS products.

• Professional background as a Software Engineer.
