Machine Learning Manager

Who are you:

• You will be leading, empowering, and managing a diverse team towards individual and collective goals.
• You will ensure organizational health by fostering the growth of team members.
• You will be working with other cross-functional teams and leaders to drive the product roadmap.
• You will be contributing to designing and implementing full model development cycles: data collection, labeling, model development, experimentation, training, testing, and deployment in production.
• You will make sure that good coding and engineering practices are implemented in order to maintain a sane codebase.

Requirements:

Desired skills:

• Practical knowledge of MLOps principles and technologies, and DevOps in general.
• Japanese (business level)
