A global distinguished engineering service provider is seeking a After Sales & Service Engineer to join the team. You are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services post-sales. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to address issues, optimize product performance, and uphold service standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide professional after‑sales technical support and troubleshooting to customers

• Perform on‑site service support, maintenance, and product testing

• Work closely with regional teams, factories, and principals to ensure smooth operations

• Support the sales team with pre‑sales technical queries and application advice

• Gather customer feedback, market insights, and competitor information to support business improvement

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in any field.

• Preferably with at least 3-5 years of experience in aftermarket sales, preferably in the semiconductor industry.

• Sensitivity to dealers' and customers' expectations, with a good business sense and understanding of business processes.

• Able to work independently and handle pressure.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Possess own transportation and be willing to travel frequently nationwide or overseas for sales-related purposes if necessary.
