COMPANY OVERVIEW
A South Korea–based global company specializing in home wellness and environmental health products is seeking an IT Manager to support and lead its Malaysia operations. The role focuses on aligning local IT strategy with global headquarters, ensuring secure and stable IT systems, and enabling business growth through effective infrastructure, enterprise systems, and vendor management. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and execute the IT roadmap aligned with business goals and HQ strategy

• Ensure IT security, PDPA compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity

• Manage core business systems such as ERP, CRM, and field/mobile applications

• Oversee cloud and on‑premise infrastructure, including vendor and SLA management

• Control IT budget, lead IT projects, and develop local IT talent

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 15 years of IT experience, including 7 years in a leadership role

• Strong experience managing IT systems (ERP, CRM, enterprise platforms)

• Proven ability to manage large IT projects, budgets, and PMO processes

• Experience working with global headquarters and cross‑cultural teams

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate IT into business terms
