【部署の紹介】
バス認証および品質技術部門は、車両開発における法規制遵守と技術的信頼性の確保に重要な役割を果たしています。新規開発車両の認証届出業務をはじめ、開発プロセスの確認・支援、関連部署との会議の運営・進行・議事録作成などを通じて、円滑な開発推進を支援します。また、各国の法規情報の確認や、テクニカルコンプライアンスの検証を通じて、製品の品質と安全性をグローバルに担保しています。

バス認証および品質技術部門は、以下の3名体制で構成されています：
・認証・品質技術を統括するマネージャー
・認証業務担当
・品質技術担当
各メンバーが専門性を発揮しながら、製品の技術的信頼性と法規制遵守の確保に貢献しています。

※選考について
本選考は、三菱ふそうトラック・バス株式会社（以下「当社」）が主体となって実施し、採用（雇用契約の締結）も当社が行います。
事業立ち上げに伴い、新会社の設立と同時にそちらへ「転籍」していただく予定です（転籍に際しては、雇用契約上の使用者が新設会社へ変更となります）。なお、転籍は内定受諾時に本人の同意をいただいた上で行います。

【Department Introduction】
The Bus Certification and Quality Engineering department plays a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance and technical integrity throughout the vehicle development process. The team is responsible for managing certification filings for newly developed vehicles coordinating cross functional meetings to support development workflows and verifying compliance with international regulations. Additionally the department conducts thorough assessments of technical compliance to ensure product quality and safety across global markets.

The Bus Certification and Quality Engineering department is composed of three members:
A manager overseeing both certification and quality engineering
A certification lead
A quality engineering lead

Each member contributes their expertise to ensure the technical reliability of products and compliance with regulatory standards.

※Selection Process
This selection process is primarily conducted by Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation （hereinafter referred to as the Company ） and the Company will be the employer （the party entering into the employment contract）.

Due to the launch of a new business you are expected to be transferred （tensekki） to a new company upon its establishment. （In this case the employer under the employment contract will change to the newly established company）. This transfer will be carried out only after obtaining your consent at the time of job offer acceptance.

Furthermore due to the nature of the business operations representatives from the Company and Mitsubishi Fuso Bus Manufacturing Co. Ltd. may participate as interviewers. Application information may be shared between the Company and the representatives of the aforementioned company for recruitment purposes. All representatives are bound by confidentiality obligations and will not use the information for any purpose other than the selection process.

知的財産関連業務を単独で遂行できる自律性と判断力
国内外の特許庁や関係者との英語によるコミュニケーション能力

Practical ability to handle a full range of intellectual property tasks including patents designs trademarks and contracts
Capability to independently manage IP related operations with sound judgment and autonomy
Proficiency in English for communication with domestic and international patent offices and stakeholders
