【Position Summary】
The Accounting Manager Japan leads the core accounting and finance operations for Japan. This role is responsible for monthly quarterly and annual close balance sheet control financial reporting forecasting support audit and internal controls.
The role also supports and coordinates broader finance operations including general ledger accounts payable accounts receivable and treasury related activities to ensure efficient and well controlled end to end processes. As a hands on manager this position leads and develops the local finance team through clear direction prioritization coaching and performance follow up while remaining actively involved in key accounting areas.
Working closely with local regional and global stakeholders in English and Japanese this position ensures accurate timely and compliant financial reporting for Japan including ownership of Japan statutory reporting and local compliance while supporting US GAAP reporting requirements and alignment with regional and corporate needs.

【職務概要】
本ポジションは、日本法人における経理・財務業務全般を統括いただきます。
月次・四半期・年次決算をはじめ、貸借対照表（B/S）管理、財務報告、予実管理支援、監査対応、内部統制の運用を担い、正確かつ適切な財務管理体制の構築と維持を行います。
また、総勘定元帳（GL）、買掛金・売掛金管理、資金管理などの関連業務にも横断的に関与し、業務プロセス全体の効率化と統制強化を推進します。
プレイングマネージャーとして日本の経理チームをリード・育成しつつ、自らも重要な会計業務に携わっていただきます。
日本・海外（リージョン／グローバル）関係者と日本語・英語で連携し、日本の法定会計・コンプライアンス対応を主体的に担うとともに、US GAAPに基づくレポーティングおよびグローバル基準との整合性確保を行います。

【必須】
・大学卒以上または同等の実務経験（会計・財務・関連分野）
・7年以上の会計・財務実務経験（決算業務含む）
・バランスシート管理・残高調整経験
・予算、予測支援経験
・決算プロセス全体の理解（報告、統制、監査、法令遵守含む）
・チームマネジメント経験（業務配分、レビュー、指導、フォローアップ）
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（地域・グローバル関係者とコミュニケーション可能）
・ERP（Microsoft Dynamics 365等）およびExcel活用スキル
・会計知識（報告課題、残高評価、コンプライアンス判断能力）
