Job Descriptions

• Responsible for detailed mechanical design and drafting work of IC Socket as per customer requirements

• Generate and prepare detail of design drawing, BOM, within project schedule.

• Work closely with machining supplier and provide good solutions for drawing issue

• Ensure components and assemblies adhere to applicable socket functioning

• Provide detailed accumulative tolerance analysis on design works.

• Verify customer package drawing with existing socket drawing

Job Requirements

• Possess min Diploma or Degree in Engineering

• Min 3 years in Semiconductor or equivalent industry

• Required skills in 2D, 3D, CAD, Solidworks, MS Office

• Analytical design skill in problem solving related to socket issue
