Job Overview:

Looking for a suitable candidate providing ICT solutions to the IT infrastructure of clients location in various areas in Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities:

• PC Setup and configuration.

• Software knowledge (Microsoft, Adobe , etc)

• Basic PC Kitting (Outlook, Antivirus, EDR, etc)

• Troubleshooting of PCs.

• Any other task related to IT Infra Projects (Such as Supervision of LAN Cabling and other related items such as Racks and Its dressing) 

• Network Infrastructure (Basic knowledge of Network devices like Firewall, Switches , Wi-Fi, etc).

• Small UPS for Server/Racks knowledge. 

• Project Management Skills 

Job Requirements:

• Must be a graduate / diploma with minimum 2-4 years working experience in working on PC & IT Infra Management. 

• Must have good communication skills in English. 

• Must be ready to travel in Mumbai for Project/Troubleshooting (mainly) & Pune (Sometime)

• Must be ready for visiting far locations for project work on temporary basis. 

• Must be ready to work on weekends for which comp off will be provided. 

• Must be ready to work in the night on need basis whenever downtime is provided or project demands.

• Knowledge of Project Management - Vendor management knowledge.
