Job Title: Sales Consultant

Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in giving customer presentations, Business Development, and Account Management 

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities 

• Ability to manage complex client projects and prioritize tasks effectively 

• Familiarity with architectural or construction solutions is an advantage 

• Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment 

• Experience in Architectural specifier sales 

• A working knowledge and established relationships with Architects 

• A track record of effective presentation of products to an audience of 

• Construction specifiers, 

• Possess excellent inter-personal skills dealing with Architects, Engineers, Main 

• Contractors, ACMV(aircon) contractors and sub-installers 

Qualifications:

• Good command of both written and spoken English 

• Knowledge in Word / Excel / PowerPoint software a must. 

• Able to interpret construction drawings and understand installation details of façade specialist products 

• Independent, self-motivated and able to work with minimum guidance following training. 

• Determined, results orientated and ability to achieve targets within budgets.
