You will be joining a well-established global consumer brand with a strong presence across Asia and international markets. The company is known for its strong branding, wide retail footprint, and extensive partnerships. With continued growth in the region, they are looking to strengthen their finance team in Singapore.

This is a Finance Manager role overseeing the full spectrum of finance operations for the Singapore entity, while managing a small team. You will be responsible for financial reporting, management reporting, and ensuring strong financial controls, while partnering with regional stakeholders to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small finance team, reviewing work and providing guidance

• Oversee full set of accounts including GL, AP, AR, and month-end closing

   

• Prepare and review financial reporting in compliance with local standards
• Drive management reporting, including variance analysis and business insights
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders on statutory requirements
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (GST, corporate tax)
• Strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes
• Partner with regional / HQ stakeholders on reporting and finance matters
• Support ad hoc projects and business initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
• At least 4-6 years of relevant experience, with prior team lead exposure
• Strong experience in financial reporting and management reporting
• Experience in MNC / regional setup preferred
• Hands-on, able to balance operational work with team management
• Good understanding of Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
