You will be assigned to a major data center construction project.

■ Project Overview

This project involves the construction of tenant-specific data halls at a data center in Inzai, Chiba.
You will play a key role in managing requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving the project forward.

■ Responsibilities

As a member of the Implementation Management Team:

• Gather and analyze tenant requirements
• Assess technical feasibility of requirements
• Communicate with tenants (Q&A, proposals, site coordination)
• Manage vendors
  • Explain requirements
  • Request and review quotations
  • Review technical documents
• Support EFO (fit-out construction for tenants)
• Lead vendor selection process
• Prepare project documentation
  • Weekly reports
  • Schedules
  • Meeting minutes

■ Requirements

Must Have

• Experience in data center or IT infrastructure projects
• Project management or PMO experience
• Business-level English (spoken & written)
• Vendor management experience

Nice to Have

• Experience in global / multinational environments
• Knowledge of construction or facility management
• Experience in data center fit-out (EFO)
