Role Overview

We will strengthen our data analysis and AI solution development for large-scale e-commerce data.

We solve business challenges using machine learning, generative AI, and advanced analytics.

We will focus on fraud detection, including fraudulent payment detection.

Job duties

We collaborate with product managers and business teams to identify challenges that can be solved with data science.

Define data requirements and plan an effective data collection strategy.

We apply statistics, machine learning, and generative AI to derive insights from large datasets.

We design and execute experiments for AI solutions that address business challenges.

We continuously adjust and improve our models for higher accuracy and performance.

We create clear and visual reports of analysis and experimental results.

We provide stakeholders with insights to support their decision-making.

We monitor the performance of the solution and propose improvements based on measurable results.

Strong knowledge of machine learning (including deep learning) and generative AI.

Experience applying advanced analytical methods to business challenges.

Experience in evaluating and tuning ML and generative AI models.

Experience with Python programming using common data science libraries.

Experience with SQL.

A solid understanding of statistics.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
