Description

• Standardize QA processes and collaborate closely with development teams to enhance service quality
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and quality metrics
• Identify, isolate, and escalate issues while coordinating improvements with stakeholders
• Lead initiatives for continuous QA process enhancements, including adoption of modern test methodologies
• Mentor QA engineers and guide best practices within the team
• Drive test planning, strategy, and stakeholder alignment

• 7-10 years of hands-on QA engineering experience
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and QA frameworks
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Cypress
• Proficiency with Git-based workflows
• Solid test case design and review experience
• Business Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 level)

Nice to have:

• Understanding of React/Redux
• Experience with scripting languages
• Prior involvement in requirement definition for development tasks
