No prior data center experience is required. Full training and on-the-job support will be provided.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in IT operations while working a structured shift schedule with more days off each month.

■ Responsibilities

• Control data center access for visitors and vendors
• Support on-site operations and facility procedures
• Perform routine checks and patrols inside the server room
• Handle incident escalation and first-line response
• Update operational logs and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams in Japanese

■ Location

Toyosu area, Koto-ku, Tokyo

■ Working Hours

12-hour night shifts

Example:
20:00 – 08:00 (with breaks)

2 days on / 2 days off rotation
Approx. 14–16 working days per month

■ Requirements

• Business-level Japanese communication ability
• Basic PC skills
• Interest in IT / infrastructure operations
• Ability to work night shifts

Preferred:

• Data center / facilities / operations experience
• English communication ability
