募集要項
- Prepare drawings (Permit, Shop drawings, Construction and As-Built) using Auto CAD
- Work with CAD System, creating, modifying and releasing drawing under direct supervision from Saloner Architect
- Ensure timeous submission of drawings to all related parties
- Ensure accuracy of drawings
- Setting up base plans and transferring designs to drawing format
- Collaborate with others to establish timelines, as well as solve problems.
- Ability to analyze data and situation and come up with creative solutions.
- Ensuring to adhere to the Industry standards and safety regulations at all times
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, developments, and technologies in architectural designs
1 Candidate must possess Bachelor's / College Degree in Architecture
2 Preferably with at least 3–5 years experience in the related field.
3 With extensive knowledge in Auto CAD, 2D, 3D, Revit and BIM
4 Willing to do site supervision in every assigned projects.
5 Knowledgable on High Rise building and factory designs
6 Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and database.
7 Strong communication skills and fast learner.
8 Strong Sense of responsibility to finish quality drawing works
Qualification
1 Diploma / bachelor's degree in civil engineering
2 Certified Course of Auto AD, Revit & BIM
