A leading BPO provider specializing in finance, accounting, banking, and tax services for multinational clients, with a strong focus on Japan-based subsidiaries are seeking for a Global Services Finance Consultant. This role will be offers the opportunity to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely financial services across multiple jurisdictions while helping clients navigate complex regulations. This role offers the chance to build operational and advisory expertise in a global consulting environment, with clear progression toward senior positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process client finance documents, record transactions accurately, and deliver financial reporting packages on time.

• Manage payment initiation through online banking platforms, prepare cash flow projections, and ensure compliance with approval cycles.

• Support tax filing activities and monitor statutory/regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

• Ensure adherence to finance processes, document retention, reporting, and audit requirements.

• Review and validate accounting entries, cash flow projections, and payment setups prepared by team members.

• Assist in documenting finance processes and standard operating procedures for consistent delivery.

• Participate in knowledge sharing, process improvement initiatives, and system enhancement projects.

   

   

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, finance.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent qualification.

• Strong English proficiency and able to read/write Chinese character.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
