募集要項
Ensuring a quality system per System Management in place
Establish in-coming, in-process & out-going inspection check sheets for inspection.
NPI, FMEA & Quality plan development, routine monitoring on QC rejection and Gemba at production to identify potential issues, batch documentation.
CAPA reporting and handle customer audit / assessment.
Participation on continuous improvement / cost saving project.
Coordinate / monitoring on activities like CHRA, Chemical Exposure, Boundary Noise, Audiometric Test, Effluent Analysis, Incoming DI Water & Final Rinse test submission and summary report.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field
Experience in process validation and injection moulding
Experience liaising directly with external customers
Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949 would be preferrable
