OVERVIEW

Our client provides corporate finance advisory services to clients on a broad range of M&A transactions such as mergers, sell-side and buy-side processes, leveraged buy-outs, joint ventures and strategic alliances.

Key Responsibilities 

• Support senior bankers in the origination and execution of client mandates

• Perform research and due diligence on industries, markets and companies

• Prepare client presentations

• Build financial models

• Perform valuation using various methods                                             

• Handle administrative tasks during deal execution and to support office functions

• Work with and manage interns from time to time

Requirements 

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field from a reputable university

• Preferably 1-2 years related work experience including internships

• Knowledge in Accounting principles, financial concepts, financial modeling and valuation, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
