PR/123653 | Finance Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the Finance & Accounting team in daily operations, month-end closing, and reporting activities.
2. Develop, implement, and maintain accurate product costing models tailored to casting manufacturing processes.
3. Monitor production costs, variance analysis, and cost trends to support operational efficiency.
4. Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
5. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
6. Partner with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to analyze cost drivers and support continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Oversee inventory valuation, stock reconciliations, and cost roll-ups.
8. Provide management with insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance.
2. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years in a casting manufacturing company (metal casting, foundry, die casting, etc. is a must).
3. Strong knowledge of product costing, cost control, and manufacturing accounting.
4. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
5. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
