Job Objectives

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst capable of analyzing business processes and functional requirements, proposing and implementing IT solutions primarily based on the Microsoft platform, providing testing support, and independently designing and developing solutions.

Main Job Examples

Focusing primarily on applications usable with Microsoft 365 E3, you will design, implement, test, and release optimal solutions by combining applications such as Microsoft Lists, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Planner, Power BI, Workflow, Dataverse, and SharePoint. Depending on the situation, you will also be involved in the design and development of system integration functions with our existing systems.

• Review and analysis of business processes and functional requirements, system requirements definition
• Proposal and implementation of IT solutions
• Development of system development plans
• System design and development
• Creation of test plans and execution of tests
• Development of system development plans
• Review of business requirements
• Solution proposal (design) and evaluation
• System development (coding to testing)
• Planning and execution of inter-system integration tests
• Support for user acceptance testing (test execution support, test issue resolution support)
• Resource management including vendors *when resource management is required
• Management and execution of communication with stakeholders including end users
• Technical problem analysis and resolution

Furthermore, as a person responsible for post-delivery maintenance support, you will continuously undertake the following tasks with internal stakeholders (end users, IT personnel) and members of partner companies.

• Ability to create and manage schedules
• Experience in managing development vendors: 2+ years of experience in development work, from development to production release
• Ability to appropriately prioritize tasks
• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, business system analyst, or equivalent role at a business company or system development vendor, or 3+ years of experience as a liaison with IT, such as coordinating system requirements/design reviews, in a user department of a business company
• 3+ years of experience in creating and reviewing requirements definition deliverables (business requirements, system requirements definition documents, etc.)
• 3+ years of practical experience in basic design and detailed design based on requirements definition process deliverables
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 editions and various applications/services
• 3+ years of experience in system design and development on the Microsoft platform
• 3+ years of experience in system development and testing based on design process deliverables
• 3+ years of experience in designing, creating, and reviewing test scenarios and test cases based on design process deliverables
• 2+ years of experience in one of the following (combined experience is acceptable):
  • Web application development in any language
  • Client application development in any language
  • ETL development
  • Development using relational databases Understanding of the System Development Cycle (SDLC) process
