This role focuses on performing advanced laboratory testing and analysis in the field of histology & pathology to support drug discovery projects. The Senior Medical Technologist will lead and support validation of new assays and instruments

Description

• Perform and troubleshoot histology & pathology-based laboratory testing and instrument operations
• Lead and support validation of new assays and instruments
• Develop and revise SOPs, and contribute to continuous process improvement
• Train new staff and act as a technical expert within the department
