Project Manager | Agile Project Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Agile projects and drive successful project delivery across cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will manage project execution, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure teams follow best practices in Scrum and Agile methodologies. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.

This position is ideal for a hands-on Agile leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering projects efficiently while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Project Leadership

• Lead and manage Agile project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

• Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Scope Management

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Implement change management processes to handle scope changes or project deviations.

Monitoring & Risk Management

• Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Ensure timely communication of project status, risks, and escalations to stakeholders and senior management.

Agile Best Practices & Continuous Improvement

• Promote Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement within the project team.

• Coach team members on Agile processes to improve team performance and delivery quality.

Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience as a Scrum Master

• Solid understanding of project management and change management principles

• Proven leadership skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to adapt to changing requirements in fast-paced projects

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
