About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead specializing in Embedded Networking, Linux, and C programming to guide technical direction across complex projects.
In this role, you will provide technical leadership, drive the adoption of best practices, mentor development teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality embedded solutions. You will play a critical role in architecture design, risk management, and solution implementation while fostering a culture of technical excellence.
This position is ideal for someone with hands-on embedded systems experience, strong Linux skills, and a passion for leading engineering teams in innovative networking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Guidance
Define and implement best practices, coding standards, and architecture guidelines for embedded networking projects.
Provide technical solutions and strategic guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Team Mentorship & Capability Building
Mentor and coach team members in embedded networking, Linux, and C programming.
Enhance team productivity through knowledge sharing and hands-on technical support.
Solution Design & Risk Management
Participate in technical discussions, feasibility studies, and architecture reviews.
Evaluate technical alternatives, assess risks, and recommend the most effective solutions.
Project Execution & Reporting
Prepare status reports and technical documentation to manage risks and ensure project success.
Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.
