Solutions Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices architecture to lead the design and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.

In this role, you will define technical architecture strategies, guide development teams, and ensure the implementation of best practices in modern full-stack development. You will work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to transform business requirements into robust technical solutions.

This position is ideal for a hands-on architect who enjoys building high-performance systems using modern cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Technical Strategy

• Define and implement technical architecture and system design strategies using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions aligned with business objectives.

Full Stack Development Leadership

• Lead and mentor full stack development teams building modern applications with Spring Boot (backend) and Angular (frontend).

• Provide architectural direction for microservices-based applications.

Solution Design & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with product teams, stakeholders, and engineering leaders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Participate in technical design discussions and architecture reviews.

Technology Evaluation & Innovation

• Evaluate and recommend new frameworks, tools, and technologies to improve development efficiency and application performance.

Quality & Best Practices

• Enforce coding standards, design patterns, and secure development practices.

• Conduct code reviews and architecture governance to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Risk Management & Performance Optimization

• Identify technical risks, scalability challenges, and performance issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with industry trends in Java development, Spring Boot frameworks, Angular, and cloud-native architectures.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot development

• Hands-on experience with Angular (modern versions)

• Expertise in Full Stack Application Architecture

• Experience designing Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs

• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

• Experience with Containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and technical teams
