Looking for a Production Sr. Supervisor in Manesar with Japanese MNC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure productivity by constantly monitoring the safe and smooth batch operation of the plant in a shift.
• Maintaining line productivity and troubleshooting to achieve production plan in shift.
• Ensuring RM, Jig, board availability as per the production plan.
• Maintaining 4M change board.
• To deal hands-on with OEE by monitoring & maintaining the parameters as per SOP involving line teams and ensuring quality.
• Ensuring proper running of lines and equipment as per system to achieve zero defects.
• Production documentation, control & making online production data system booking etc.
• Coordinate with maintenance for the preventive and breakdown maintenance of machine.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental norms during all aspects of production operations.
• Manage the day-to-day line operations of product quality, manpower handling, line troubleshooting and maintain the line standards as per customer requirements.
• Drive Kaizen activity.

Skills required:
- 5+ years of experience in Wire harness production.
- Diploma or B.Tech Qualification
