Job Description
- Assist the Project Manager in managing mechanical engineering and M&E coordination activities across project phases including design review, construction, QA/QC, and project delivery. Roles aligned with existing Kajima Assistant Project Manager listings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordination, and supervision of mechanical works.
- Review mechanical drawings and ensure work aligns with design intent.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
- Assist in monitoring progress and reporting.
- Support quality inspections and compliance checks.
- Participate in meetings related to technical and site issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and project requirements.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 6 to 9 years of working experience in data center, factory and warehouse projects
- Experience in M&E coordination and mechanical systems.
- Strong understanding of mechanical construction methods.
