PR/160238 | PROJECT MANAGER (MELAKA / JB) - HVAC CLEANROOM PROJECT EXPERINECE (URGENT HIRING)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute specialized industrial projects, particularly in HVAC, cleanroom environments, and multi-discipline engineering scopes. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong project management capability, authority liaison experience, and solid engineering and technical knowledge. This role requires full ownership of project execution, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead full project lifecycle, including planning, design coordination, contract execution, construction management, and project handover.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and customer satisfaction.

• Manage execution of EPC, design-build, or construction management projects effectively.

Stakeholder, Authority & Technical Coordination

• Liaise with authorities, consultants, system owners, and technical stakeholders to resolve project-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, DOSH requirements, EHS standards, and cleanroom protocols.

• Attend commercial, design, technical, internal, and site meetings as the company representative.

Project Planning & Control

• Develop, track, and manage detailed project schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

• Oversee project cost control, budgeting, and P&L performance.

• Ensure technical, design, and engineering quality meets client and project requirements.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

Contract, Tender & Documentation

• Oversee contract execution and ensure compliance with project scope and deliverables.

• Participate in tender preparation, evaluation, and contract negotiation processes.

• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory).

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience involved in project such as warehouse, factory, data center or construction project management.

• Strong background in multi-disciplinary projects, especially HVAC and cleanroom environments.

• Experience liaising with authorities and managing engineering/technical interfaces.

• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Project is an added advantage.

• Must possess a valid CIDB Green Card.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Candidates need to manage project in Melaka and Johor Bahru, so applicant need to come from Melaka and Johor Bahru.
