Job Responsibilities

• Manage and develop M365 applications (Power Automate, SharePoint) and support in‑house software with vendors, including identifying security patch needs

• Develop and maintain security procedures, guidelines, and manage patch & vulnerability programs

• Implement and manage security controls; perform security assessments and work with teams to align security with business needs

• Oversee network monitoring tools (Zabbix), customize monitoring dashboards, and coordinate with vendors to analyze traffic for anomalies

• Create and maintain up‑to‑date network diagrams and documentation for troubleshooting and audits

• Support incident response efforts, root cause analysis, Windows Server on Azure, Veeam backup configuration, and conduct security awareness training
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience

• Proven background in software engineering with hands‑on cybersecurity and networking experience, including familiarity with Windows Server environments

• Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified Developer, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CCNP, or similar are highly advantageous.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, networking protocols, cybersecurity frameworks, and overall IT infrastructure

• Practical experience in software development, network monitoring solutions, security technologies, and managing Windows servers hosted on Azure

• Skilled in using Microsoft 365 digitization tools

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving capabilities.

• Must be a Malaysian citizen and willing to be based in Kuantan, Pahang
