Company Overview
Our client a leading engineering company with a significant global presence. They specialize in a broad range of electrical, mechanical, and telecommunications engineering services for various sectors, including building, industrial, and infrastructure projects. As they continue to drive growth and expansion, they are now seeking a Senior BIM Modeller (Electrical), to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive BIM models specifically for Electrical systems utilizing Revit (MEP).
• Prepare highly coordinated 3D models for all electrical services, including detailed cable tray, trunking, conduits, and equipment layouts.
• Produce accurate shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings directly from BIM models.
• Actively participate in clash detection processes and coordination meetings with Mechanical, Architectural, and Civil disciplines to resolve design conflicts.
• Ensure all BIM models rigorously comply with established project BIM standards and client requirements.
• Proactively update BIM models based on evolving site conditions and design revisions.
• Coordinate effectively with engineers, BIM managers, and site teams to ensure model accuracy and constructability.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience in BIM modelling for Electrical services.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP), Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure, industrial, or complex construction projects is strongly preferred.
• Possess strong knowledge of electrical services modelling best practices and coordination processes.
• Familiar with Singapore's BIM standards and regulatory project submission requirements.
• Demonstrate good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive and perform effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
• Willingness to work at the Tuas area; transportation provided from designated MRT stations to the site office.
