Company Overview
Our client a leading engineering company with a significant global presence. They specialize in a broad range of electrical, mechanical, and telecommunications engineering services for various sectors, including building, industrial, and infrastructure projects. As they continue to drive growth and expansion, they are now seeking an Assistant BIM Manager / BIM Manager, to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive BIM implementation and coordination specifically for ACMV (Air-Conditioning Mechanical Ventilation) and BMS (Building Management System) works on a large-scale integrated industrial facility project.
• Develop and manage the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), ensuring strict compliance with all project BIM standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the development of federated M&E models (LOD 300–500) and conduct thorough clash detection using Navisworks to resolve design conflicts proactively.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams to facilitate seamless design and technical changes.
• Manage the production of coordinated shop drawings and as-built BIM models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Supervise BIM coordinators and modellers, providing technical guidance and performance leadership, and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Ensure proper asset data integration for ACMV and BMS systems, facilitating a smooth and comprehensive handover.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of M&E experience, with at least 3 years specifically in a BIM management role.
• Strong experience in large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in key BIM software including Revit (MEP), Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Singapore BIM standards and regulatory submission requirements.
• Possess strong coordination, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work at the Tuas area; transportation pickup available from designated MRT stations.
