Processing Specialist (Data Entry/Administrative/Back-office

 We are looking for a detail-oriented Processing Specialist to join our dynamic team of eight. This role is a vital link between our sales operations and finance departments, ensuring seamless invoicing and operational excellence for our key retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

As a Processing Specialist, your work is the engine of our financial operations. Your primary focus will be on:

Monthly Invoicing: Management and execution of end-to-end invoicing processes.

Client Coordination: Serving as the primary operational point of contact for department stores.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working 50/50 with internal stakeholders (Sales and Finance) and external clients to resolve operational matters.

Operational Excellence: Handling day-to-day client operational issues and ensuring data accuracy in all financial documents.
 

IT Literacy: High proficiency in office software and the ability to learn internal financial systems quickly.

Stakeholder Management: Comfortable coordinating between Sales and Finance teams to meet strict deadlines.

Business Etiquette: Strong command of Japanese business manners and professional communication.

Personality: Proactive, organized, and thrives in a team-based environment (Team of 8).

Critical Work Schedule (Mandatory)

Please note that due to the nature of our monthly financial cycles:

• Fixed Working Days: You must be available to work from the 1st to the 3rd of every month .

• Holidays: This includes instances where these dates fall on public holidays or during Golden Week .

• Compensatory Leave: All holiday work is fully compensated with equivalent time off.
