About the project:

The organization is a strategic software partner for a leading global automotive OEM, supporting their transformation toward Software-Defined Vehicles (SDVs). The role spans both strategic consulting and execution, from defining software architecture roadmaps to delivering robust, scalable solutions for next-generation mobility.

Career path:

The position will start as Validation Engineer and, based on performance, may progress to Technical Lead.

Job responsibilities:

• Coordinate and integrate hardware and software components for complex systems, ensuring seamless operation across subsystems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, software developers, and QA to ensure integration deliverables meet project specifications.
• Perform system integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and document integration results.
• Support the deployment and commissioning of systems at client sites, including on-site troubleshooting and technical support.
• Develop and maintain integration documentation, test plans, and reports for internal and client review.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards such as AUTOSAR, Functional Safety – ISO 26262, and ASPICE.
• Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously while adhering to schedules and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Support system validation activities, including performance testing and compliance verification.

Eligibility for registration

Minimum qualifications:

• Experience in system integration, testing, and commissioning of complex hardware-software systems.
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN/CAN-FD, SOME/IP, DOIP, DOCAN, MQTT, HTTP, DDS, and IPC (MQ, Socket, Data Sharing).
• Familiarity with embedded systems, hardware components, and software tools used in system integration, including:

Language: C, C++, Python
OS/Middleware: Linux, QNX, AUTOSAR
Controllers: Renesas R-Car, NXP S32G, MCUs
Toolchains: GCC, Multi, Vector DaVinci, EB tresos
