Global Sales Reporting and Strategic Planning DTA team main responsibilities are to prepare the long term business plan and short term rolling forecast of Daimler Truck Asia a long with analyze and monthly report on Sales Performance in our global markets.

Global Sales Reporting and Strategic Planning DTA have 6 team members taking care of: Reporting Long term Planning Short term Planning Planning Presentation Designer Digitalization BI and Market Intelligence in addition to 1 manager and 1 intern.

【仕事内容／Job Description】
Digitalization Business Intelligenceスタッフとして、セールスレポーティングにおけるプロセスをのITの側面から最適化する。
1. Transform25のPMO（非財務KPI：販売台数や在庫など）
2. 経営幹部および市場マネージャー向けビジネスインテリジェンス・ステアリングコックピットの開発
3. システムへのデータ入力を毎月検証
4. イノベーション、デジタル化、変革関連イニシアチブの可能性調査・分析（新規事業開発）

As Digitalization Business Intelligence staff you will optimize sales reporting system process in terms of IT.
1. PMO of Transform25 Non financial KPIs tracker （KPI: sales volume inventory and etc）
2. Develop the Business Intelligence steering cockpit for Top Management and Market Managers
3. Monthly validate data into system
4. Research and analyze potential for innovation digitalization and transformation related initiatives （New Business development）

Communicative Problem solving driven Team player and versatile

Japanese: Native/Business level
English: Native/Business level is preferrable
