They are in search of an IT Manager

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

• Lead IT strategy and operations across the head office and multiple project sites

• Drive digital transformation and governance initiatives

• Senior leadership role reporting to top management

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute IT strategy aligned with business objectives and regional HQ directives. Drive digital transformation and modernization initiatives.

• IT Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and security standards in line with regional HQ frameworks. Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.

• Infrastructure & Operations: Oversee IT infrastructure and business applications for the head office and project sites. Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of all systems.

• Project Management: Lead IT setup for new project sites, including network, hardware, and software deployment. Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor both outsourced and permanent IT staff. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Cybersecurity & Risk Management: Implement robust security measures and disaster recovery plans. Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management and project teams to support business needs. Provide expert advice on emerging technologies and trends.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)

• Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, business applications, governance, compliance, cybersecurity, and risk management

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Experience in construction or project-based environments is an advantage

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
