Automotive Consultant

As a consultant who contributes to achieving the business goals of customers, primarily in the automotive field, you will be involved from the requirements definition phase onwards in areas such as in-vehicle software and in-vehicle ECUs.
While building strong relationships of trust with customers, you will gain a deep understanding of their needs and support them in proposing, designing, developing and even realizing business transformation with optimal IT solutions.
Depending on the scale and phase of the project, you will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities from requirements definition to development and operation, and will play a central role in project promotion. You will
lead customers in resolving their business issues and aim to become a trusted long-term partner.
*It is expected that you will primarily be on-site at the client's office.
 

•  Listening to the customer's business issues and defining requirements
•  Design and development of automotive software/ECU solutions
•  Development project progress management and problem solving
•  Regular meetings, reports, and proposal activities with customers
•  Technical consulting and business transformation support

• 3+ years of experience in automotive software/ECU development
• 3+ years of experience in requirements definition
• Understanding the overall system development lifecycle
• Native Japanese or equivalent level of Japanese language ability
