Description

• Lead project management for application platform initiatives.
• Coordinate and communicate with service providers and internal tenant teams.
• Propose service improvements and new service concepts.
• Prepare monthly usage and billing reports.
• Align project goals with stakeholder expectations and guide project teams toward successful delivery.
• Apply structured project management methodologies to achieve scope, quality, schedule, and budget targets.
• Facilitate clear communication among team members and provide timely status, issue, and risk updates to management.
