  Collaborate with external subcontractors and design teams to take on challenges in project management and new technology implementation.

【Responsibilities】
Assignments will include, but not limited to:

• Responsible for the construction of wind farm construction works in Korea.
• Manage civil construction and transmission line construction works.
• Lead external subcontractors to prepare basic project plans, specifications, selection of subcontractors, review of estimates/design/construction plans, and project management.
• Lead the SPC design team and the Engineering company, and instruct the EPC to follow up on the detailed design and formulate and execute the construction plan.
• Research for evaluation and selection of design and procurement contractors.
• Developing new subcontractors and new technologies.
• Site safety management.

【Employment Type】
Contract Employee
※February 2026 to August 2028 (subject to extension based on project duration)
※May be converted to permanent employment depending on performance

【Salary】
Negotiable based on experience

【Working Hours】
8 hours per day (typically 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) with a flexible working hours system
Average overtime: Approximately 20 hours

【Work Location】
Seoul -> Yeongcheon

【Holidays and Leave】
Based on the local Philippine calendar.
December 25–31 is the year-end and New Year holiday period.

【Capability/ Experience Required (Must)】

• Those who share our mission and management philosophy and are willing to work with a sense of mission to complete our projects.
• Experience in civil engineering/architectural design/construction
  (steel structures, concrete structures, development work, soil evaluation, etc.) at domestic or overseas general contractors, maricons, engineering firms, etc.
• The ability to negotiate, coordinate, plan, propose, and identify issues.
• Fluent Korean(native level)

【Capability/ Experience Required (Plus)】

• Those with experience in civil engineering design and construction for renewable energy projects in Korea and overseas.
• Experience and knowledge in planning and construction work
• English or Japanese (daily communication level)
